Ancient source used Eusebius, Against Marcellus 2.3
Modern edition M. Vinzent, Markell von Ankyra: Die Fragmente (Leiden, 1997).

The man [Jesus] received authority not only over earthly matters, but also over heavenly things, as was fitting.  For if when he both became “man” (1 Tim 2:5) and “a mediator between God and men” (1 Tim 2:5), at that time “all things were created” for him (Col 1:16), as the apostle said, “the things in heaven and on earth” (Col 1:16), then it clearly follows that we should recognize that he had been given authority not only over the things on earth, but also in heaven.
