Modern edition M. Vinzent, Markell von Ankyra: Die Fragmente (Leiden, 1997).

Now if he will say that the Father had told Moses this to distinguish himself from the Son, then he will be confessing that the Son is not God. For how is it possible that the one who said “I am the one who is” (Ex 3:14) did not mean that the one who is says that he is in contrast to one who is not. But if he should claim that it is the Son who says “I am he who is,” as one divided in hypostasis, then he in turn will think to say the same thing about the Father. Both of these things are godless.
